Villa Barone at 3289 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York.

We have been ordering from their pizzeria for over 10 years and we never had a problem with their food or how they treated us as customers, even the delivery guy knows us and knows we always order from here, but lately the quality of food has been lacking, but we decided to overlook this because it was still ok, although their so called "garlic knots" are not even very garlicky is mostly burnt pizza dough. Yesterday we decided to order and when received our food we didn't get one of our orders, we obviously called and when we asked about or food, first the "man" that answered was offended that we called him out, he tried saying that we never ordered the cheese calzone, once we reminded him that we did, he finally fessed up and admitted he forgot, but didn't charge us for it, which is fine, but we still wanted our food and were we wanted to pay for it!! one person from our family wasn't going to eat!! So when we asked what will be done, we never asked for the food to be FREE, we just wanted our food l, he proceeded to just abruptly put us on hold for a while and then picked up said "I dont know what to do" and hung up on us!! We obviously called back spoke to another person that wouldn't let us talk to this VERY rude person, we spoke with the so called "manager" but he was even worse. Basically we never got our food and we are now disgusted with this place. If u want mediocre "Italian" food with horrible customer service this is your place!! Not for us anymore more!
