United States Postal Service at 465 East 188th Street, Bronx, New York.

This post office has the worst service of any post office I have ever been to In My life! I have an elderly grandparent as well as a 4 year old niece and my mom stay at my home that's a lot of people to have someone say nobody was home during a delivery attempt. Packages are not delivered and the delivery carriers do not always leave a note. I have to always track my packages online after I search for a tracking number through emails from wherever I ordered a package. Then when you go to pick up your packages at the post office you have to stand on line for 2 hours with 1 person helping several customers. I have stood on this 2-hour line before to be told that my package wasn't even there!! The staff is completely rude and useless even the manager talks aggressively to customers. They also lock you in after 6 p.m. when they close and you have to constantly keep asking someone to unlock the door to leave that is a fire hazard! How can you lock customers in a store just because you have slow service and don't want new customers to come in because it's closing time... Come on... Lazy, rude, thoughtless
