First of all this specific USPS location, along with countless others don't even deserve a one-star rating, automatic zero out of five stars right off the bat.

Good luck when you need something regarding information about your package or delivery. It seems to me that their drivers and employees are extremely lazy and rude. Whenever you call them they can barely even answer the phone. They'll let it ring till the last minute. They'll leave your packages smack in front of your door, waiting to be stolen. But that's if they don't deliver it to the wrong address.

Like today for me was just another example of how "fabulous" this USPS location truly is for the thousandth time and once again proved to me how much I can't stand the USPS. I ordered an expensive item that had been processed through FedEx and was then handled over to USPS.

I had received a notification from FedEx that USPS delivered my package however I never received it.

When someone finally answered my phone call the employee I spoke to couldn't be bothered at all and told me he would contact the driver and get back to me. HAHAHA what a joke this place is! The employee I spoke to never even got back to me. How come? I wish I got his name because that is just pathetic.

I understand you may be off the clock but don't give me the runaround and make me run around like a chicken without a head contacting everyone I can that would've had involvement with my missing package. What great service you exemplify USPS! Cause it's run by the government that's the problem, it's just like every other "wonderful" service they offer to the public.

They're supposed to work for me and everyone else who DESPERATELY utilizes them, instead you give everyone the runaround.

Thank you for being such a waste. And to all you people on here giving 4 or more stars along with these great reviews, I don't know what employees you're dealing with or what post office you're talking about because clearly this USPS location is a total joke. Do you work there or know someone that works there? Because every time I deal with this place either in person or over the phone it's nothing but a hassle.

The location on Crosby Avenue in the Bronx is better and they open an hour earlier.
