This was the most professional, courteous delivery of firewood I have received in New York City.

I was called out suddenly and the Woodman arrived before I got home. With the guidance of the building superintendent, the wood was delivered to the terrace (a complicated delivery) and unloaded, easily and quickly. I ran in just as they were leaving and appreciate how professional your service is. The two men delivering, Derek and Desmond, could not have been better.
