T-Mobile at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway, Bronx, New York.

I've been with t-Mobile a little over 15 years, and spent a lot of money , but , I never experienced ( on a sunday - 03/04/2018 ) the unprofessional or oblivious staff in this location , I waited on line for assistance to make a payment on my account witch , I had to go to a further t-Mobile location because 3 t-Mobile idiot staff members were to busy with 1 customer and they had no , no , no clue of the order to assist on the customer's that was waiting for assistance.
Come on t-Mobile start hiring people that wants to work and qualified to work , having a pretty face does not work for sales . Shame on t-Mobile , hope they get back on track the way it was when they first opened.
