Happy Care Ambulette Inc at 3947 Provost Avenue, Bronx, New York.

Happy Care is amazing! The way they care about their patients by making them wait for hours is unbeatable in the industry. The way they made my father (who wears an oxygen tank) wait for 3 hours to go home, was incredible.

On a serious note. This is the worst transportation company in the NYC area. Everytime you call to find out how far out they are, you are told to wait 10-15 minutes. After several calls and several lost hours, they show up. My father waited for pick up after his appointment from 11:00AM until 2:30PM. He was almost hospitalized due to lack of oxygen. This company is very irresponsable and has no consideration for their patients. Every time he has an appointment, he is late due to their incompetence and lack of ethics.
Do not use this company for yourself or those you care for. Save yourself the hassle and find just about anybody else.

Started out a bit rocky but it has turned around to be pretty good now! The drivers are wonderful and most of the staff is willing to help you when necessary! I hope to continue using this company for as long as necessary.
