I was getting frustrated from getting my hair chopped off all the time, even thou I was going to the same place but they were never consistent with the haircut even after showing them front/side/back pictures of how I wanted it, it was hit or miss. Last straw was when I waited over 2 hours specifically for the owner to cut my hair and then he just did a rush cut and passed me along to someone else to finish it off (and not a good finish to that). Now I LOVE my haircut and I got so many compliments on it after going to Hair House. The color consultation was on point and the hair cut FANTASTIC! I feel great and it's a lot easier to style it since the haircut was done right. I sent my daughter to them when she came back from college since she's very picky with her hair and her exact words were: "I Love her, She UNDERSTANDS Hair!" - enough said.
