I bought a DS and wanted to return it because my autistic son wouldn't play with it. Gil, the store manager was very understanding and compassionate to my reasoning. The girl that I purchased it from the day prior wouldn't speak and seemed to have an attitude. Gil had to rum it by the district manager which said I could return but I decided to keep it for myself. Gil showed professionalism and understanding. I will not deal with the young lady when I go in anymore tho.
