It's sad how people have become lazy...i go in to order a cup of hot coffee during the afternoon and was asked if I wanted it cold... she goes to pure the hot coffee into the cup and saw nothing was going to be left since I ordered a large. She ended up telling me it wasn't hot(even though I can see the fumes) and pured it back into the pot, so asked if she can make a new batch and she responded "No, sorry".
