I was told upon enrolling in a membership that I can cancel anytime. I moved to Latin America. Upon calling them to cancel my membership I was told to come in person to the gym. I responded that I am in Latin America and that is not possible. There are now requiring me to end my subscription by Post Mail services where the cancellation will only begin once they receive the letter. This is a major inconvenience and a devious way to force customers to maintain a membership. Very disappointed!!

I started going to this gym because it's close to my house. I love this gym the employees seem really nice. My favorite employee at the gym is Ricky. Ricky from what I've seen goes out of his way to say hello/hi to everyone. I love how he interacts with ppl at the gym he always has a smile on his face. I actually look forward to seeing him at th gym because he's so nice.
