Some staff at this location don't have any costumer service at all. My membership expired and I went to talk to the help desk person. I told the guy that i did the renewal online and he was giving me short responses with attitude. This people are getting paid because of us and they don't want to do their job. Another young man did help me but i decided to go to another Gym. They lost 3 costumers because two of my friends were there to join in.
